The patient is 4 months after revision rhinoplasty by Dr. Benjamin Paul. The patient had a very crooked nose after nasal fracture. Her first surgeon was unable to straighten her nose, and the patient felt very self-conscious to have had rhinoplasty and still have such marked asymmetry. Revision rhinoplasty with irradiated rib cartilage grafting was performed to improve her front view and side profile. The patient is thrilled with her result. To the viewer, this patient has appropriate swelling at 4 months post-rhinoplasty, and she will see further refinement and narrowing of the nose in the coming months.
