There is a marriage of art and science that blossoms in the operating room at Manhattan Facial Surgical Suites. If painting a canvas is a two dimensional craft and sculpting clay is a three dimensional endeavor, then facial plastic surgery may be considered a four dimensional art form. Each correction must withstand the trials and tribulations of everyday life. With each happy patient, there is nothing better then comparing before and after photographs.
When we look at images from the before and compare them to the after, a certain two dimensional comparison of our four dimensional product is created. I thought it would be exciting to treat these before and after pictures as art, and perhaps take things another step further to demonstrate the power of the surgical changes without the distractions of classic color photography.
